Airleone Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 15 days with proof of purchase.

  • If an exchange is unavailable, you will be notified and automatically refunded.

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

  • Items must be returned using either the provided return bag or your preferred shipping method. A return label may be provided.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for missing packages once they leave our facility. Refund decisions will be made based on the situation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, including prepaid credit cards. Store credit may be issued for gift returns at your discretion.

  • All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, email us at airfitny@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Refunds will be sent to the original form of payment only. If an alternative payment method is chosen, a refund may not be possible.

Defective or Flawed Items

  • If you receive a defective or flawed item, email us with your order number, at least three photos, and one video.

  • Our AP team will review your evidence and notify you if you qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • We guarantee that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

  • Damage occurring after use (e.g., a hole in your socks after a week of wear) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Claims must be made within 5 days from the delivery date.

  • Failure to follow care instructions will void your return/refund.

What Qualifies as a Defective Item?

  • Oil stains, cuts, and dirt stains present at delivery.

Return Methods

  • Online orders may be returned by mail or in person at a store location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Items purchased in-store can be returned online or at a store location. To return online, you must have provided your email address at the time of purchase for a digital receipt or association with your account.

  • Items purchased without an email identifier can only be returned at a store location.

  • Combined returns are prohibited.

  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.

  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at airfitny@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • You may be responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse a package, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.

  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
